The Government published the Toys and Children’s Products Safety Ordinance Amendment of Schedules 1 and 2. This Notice updates certain safety standards for toys specified in Schedule 1 to the Toys and Children’s Products Safety Ordinance (Cap.424); and certain safety standards for children’s products specified in Schedule 2 to that ordinance.
The updated standards are listed in the table below:
