The tester is applicable for two types of lock latch action durability. One is without force applied, mainly for classification of durability grade A, B and C. The other is with force applied for classification of durability grade L, M, R, M, S and X.

Latch Action Durability Tester

● Machine is suitable for testing durability of latch action with & without force applied.

● Machine has two operating modes, automatic and manual operation are all available.

● Two test doors can work individually and simultaneously. Meet different testing application.

● Touch-screen PLC control system make the operation user-friendly.

● Infrared sensor determines whether the door is in the correct position or not, for preventing the door from rebounding when opened.

● Machine equips six pressure gauges，If the force of 7N can not let the door open or close, customer can adjust force value to reach this requirement.
The machine is designed with two test doors A and B, the door mass range is from 100kg to 200kg, or above 200kg. They can work individually and simultaneously.

Machine equips air cylinders to apply rotating force on the lever handle, opening and closing force on the door, simulating the action of the open and close door at a specific speed until requested test cycles, after the test, verify whether the operation torque and closing force are still fulfilled requirement.
