On 16 November 2021, the European Commission issued the EU Resolution 2021/1992, The Toy Safety Directive 2009/48/EC has been updated. Toy Standard EN 71-2, EN-71-3. EN71-4 and EN71-13 have been updated to the latest version. Their current version will start from 15 May 2022. Compliance with toy harmonized standards can be presumed to comply with the requirements in the directive.
